Growing up surrounded by grandparents, church members, and elders in her community, Dindi developed a natural connection with older generations. Her background in Psychology and years of working in mental hospitals, homes for the aged, and child protection organisations further strengthened her dedication to providing empathetic and meaningful care.
But it was a deeply personal moment that defined her mission. During the pandemic, Dindi’s grandmother passed away from preventable bedsores. This was a painful and life-changing loss.
“I knew in that moment I had to do more. I wanted to ensure no one else would suffer the way my grandmother did.”
Dindi’s path to the UK was not easy, but it was driven by a vision. She wanted to create a better future for her family and deliver the compassionate care she believes every elderly person deserves.

Leaving her home in the Philippines and saying goodbye to her husband and children for the first time in 23 years was a sacrifice that weighed heavily on her heart. “It was incredibly difficult,” Dindi admitted. “But I reminded myself that this was a sacrifice for a greater future. For them, for me, and for the people I would care for.”
