2. Template Consistency: Always use this template for MMA blog posts. This ensures that all featured images are uniform in appearance and correctly sized. Remember, the size should *always* be 1000 x 667 pixels. No deviations!

3. Naming the Image Files: Start each featured image file name with "MMA-Healthcare-Recruitment-Image-of-". Then, add a brief, hyphen-separated description of the image. For example, "MMA-Healthcare-Recruitment-Image-of-Nurse-Holding-Baby".

4. Exporting the Image: Export your featured images in PNG format. If your original image is in JPEG, JPG, GIF, or another format, convert it to PNG before exporting.

5. Optimizing Image Size: After converting to PNG, upload the image to https://TinyPNG.com to convert it to a webp format. This significantly reduces the file size without compromising on quality.

6. Uploading the Image: Download the webp image from TinyPNG and then upload it to our site.

7. Image Size for Blog Posts: If embedding images within a blog post, none should be larger than the featured image size.

Remember, adhering to this process ensures our site runs smoothly and efficiently. Uploading oversized files can slow down the site, leading to costly and time-consuming maintenance.

This same procedure (from point #5 onwards) is applicable if you're using the provided Photoshop template. Both templates are pre-sized, so just drop your image in and adjust to fit.
